SUBMISSIONS GUIDELINES

Submissions are by invitation only. but if you would like to be featured in our anthologies, email your expression of interest to submissions@readtheselips.com
You should be aware of our Terms of Use
Each submission: Not more than 4000 words per entry. Not less than 500 words, or 1 page, except for poetry or graphics. However, if sending 2 submissions per author, the word limit is 4000 in total.
You may submit stories, poetry, verse, graphics…any genre that can be reproduced
on paper.
Submissions should have a lesbian flavour but may include anything LBTIQ inspired. New work preferred.
You may make a maximum of two (2) submissions per anthology.
Submissions should be in MSWord or RTF format.
Third-party sources must be credited.
Enclose a short biography, picture and email contact with your submissions. Submissions without biographies will not be considered.
Accepted entries cannot be removed from the anthology once published.
You agree to provide your submissions free of charge to the anthology.
We are not responsible for any copyright infringement that may be caused by the
use of your submission in the Anthology.
How the anthology works
Each complete anthology will be posted as a PDF file viewed by using
Adobe® Reader®
The anthology will be distributed to websites everywhere. It is free to host, free to download and free to share. It is not for sale.
Authors retain their moral rights, but once a submission is included in the anthology
and is published, it cannot be removed.
We recommend that you link to the anthology at www.readtheselips.com or host a
copy on your website.
